What is modular construction and how does it differ from traditional one?
Modular construction on turnkey basis is an advantageous technology that includes project development, design and fabrication of modules at a specially equipped factory, including exterior and interior finishing. The final stage is the installation on the site.
This alternative to traditional construction will be beneficial to those people who appreciate a quality product made within short timeframes. The traditional schedules of standard construction are significantly reduced (even up to 70% in time), because the modular blocks for your project are built at the production facility, while work on the site and construction of the foundation are carried out simultaneously.
